How can a customer edit their order while dining in?

If you are using the Thrive POS, your in-house staff members can use your Order Dashboard to edit an ongoing order.

Follow the steps given below:

  1. On your business dashboard, go to the Dine In tab.
  2. Click on the order you would like to change, and then click on edit.
  3. You can increase, decrease or even remove items from the order.
  4. The difference in the bill amount can be settled with the customer before they leave from your restaurant.
