If you are using the Thrive POS, your in-house staff members can use your Order Dashboard to edit an ongoing order.
Follow the steps given below:
- On your business dashboard, go to the Dine In tab.
- Click on the order you would like to change, and then click on edit.
- You can increase, decrease or even remove items from the order.
- The difference in the bill amount can be settled with the customer before they leave from your restaurant.
