Point expiry works based on a customers in-activity at your business. For example, if the point expiry period is set at 365 days or 1 year, a customers points will expire if he or she does not make a transaction for 365 days.
Examples:
Point Expiry set as 365 days.
Customer A visits the business on 05 January 2020. Customer A's points will expire on 04 January 2021 in case the customer does not make another purchase within that period. If Customer A visits the business on 10 August 2020, the points will now expire on 09 August 2021 subject to inactivity.
There are two reminders that can be sent to a customer to remind them about expiring points. These reminders can be set 30 & 60 days prior to the expiry date.
