How do Tier based Loyalty Programs work & how can I enable them?

To create a Tier Based Loyalty Program, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your Business Dashboard
2. In the main menu on the left hand side of the page, click on Loyalty and click on Create Loyalty Program (the button on the top right corner)
3. Select the type of Loyalty Program you would like to implement (Tier Based programs are applicable only for Points and Cash-Back based programs)
4. There, define the actions customers will need to take to earn points (e.g., customer earns X number of points for spending INR 100/-)
5. If you choose the punchcard based program, you can design your own punchcard based on the parameters given (title, number of stamps), and you can even upload an image
6. Click on the tick box beside ‘Enable tier based program’
