How can I get a summary of my loyalty program performance?


This can be done via the Business Dashboard using the Settings.
Follow the steps given below:

  1. Select Reporting from the dashboard navigation menu.
  2. You'll be redirected to the Generate Report page.
  3. Now for Report Type select Loyalty and Customer Balance or Transactions and choose the Type of Transaction for which you want a report within the same. 
  4. Select the range of dates for which you want a summary of your Loyalty performance.
  5. Click on Generate Report. The report will be sent to your registered email address by default, you can add alternative email addresses separated by a comma, to receive the reports on the same as well.
